Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION Title Production Manager/ Senior Manager Reports To JP Singh Works With Key Responsibilities Internal External • Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end production operations across Printing, Lamination, Extrusion Coating and Slitting departments. • Ensure wastage control, quality production, and increased productivity across all manufacturing lines. • Responsible for ensuring discipline, performance, and motivation. • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly production planning in coordination with PPC and Quality teams. • High-speed converting machines such as Titan, Pelican and Nord Mechanica. • Ensure compliance with KRA-based audits, and be fully responsible for closing and handling all internal and external audits (ISO, GMP, customer audits, etc.). • Review production data, material consumption, and yield efficiency; take corrective actions to meet operational targets. • Drive initiatives to improve productivity, optimize cost, and maintain consistent product quality. • Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and EHS teams for seamless operations. • Implement Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure adherence to all safety standards and SOPs across production areas. • Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management regarding plant performance and KPI achievements. Competencies / Functional & Technical Skills Qualification Work Experience • Strong knowledge of converting processes and machine performance optimization. • Expertise in wastage reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement. • Hands-on experience with ISO / GMP / Internal audits and documentation closure. • Leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills. • Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication. • Knowledge of ERP / PPC systems and production reporting. • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Printing / Production Engineering or equivalent discipline. • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the Flexible Packaging / Converting industry. • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience across Printing, Lamination, Extrusion Coating, Slitting, Extrusion and Pouching operations.
